零防冻剂内墙乳胶漆用乳液的制备

摘 要：新国标对内墙乳胶漆的挥发性有机化合物（VOC）含量限定在10g/L以下，而传统乳胶漆配
方中的防冻剂均属于VOC，这严重制约了产品的销售和推广。通过调节乳化剂、功能单体、后交联
剂，得到新型内墙乳胶漆用乳液，无需添加防冻剂就能满足国标对耐冻融性的需求。

The Preparation of Emulsion for Antifreezing-Agent-Free Interiro Wall Latex Paint

Abstract:The new national standard limits the volatile organic compounds (VOC) content of the interiro wall
latex paint to below 10g/L, while the antifreezing agent in the traditional latex paint belongs to VOC, which
seriously restricts the sales and promotion of the products.By adjusting emulsifier, functional monomer and post
crosslinking agent, a new emulsion for interior wall latex paint is prepared.
