水性木器涂料中的流变助剂
抗流挂性能探究

摘 要:研究了水性单组分木器涂料在立面喷涂施工时,流变助剂给漆膜带来的防流挂、流动流平效果。结果显示,不
同类型的流变助剂会给水性涂料带来不同的抗流挂能力和不同的流动流平特性。在低粘度立面施工的情况下,通过甄
选流变助剂的种类和使用量,可以使水性涂料在拥有抗流挂性能的同时,得到优异的流动性。

Exporation on Anti-sagging Resistance of Rheological
Additives in Waterborne Wood Coatings

Abstract: This paper studies the effect of rheological additives on anti-sagging and flow leveling of waterborne one-component wood coatings
during vertical spraying. The results show that different types of rheological additives can bring different anti-hanging ability and different flow
leveling characteristics to waterborne coatings. Waterborne coatings can obtain excellent flow leveling as well as anti-sagging performance by
selecting the type and amount of rheological additives in the condition of low viscous vertical construction.
