相反转法合成水性环氧乳液

摘 要：本文介绍了应用于集装箱水性环氧产品中，通过相反转法合成水性环氧乳液的原理和乳化过程。分别论述了影
响水性环氧乳液稳定性的相关因素(如乳化温度、乳化剂浓度、乳化剂种类)，提出了今后研究方向应是进一步提高乳液
的稳定性，提高其在集装箱领域的应用性能。

emulsion by phase inversion technique

Abstract: The theoretical basis and emulsification process of phase inversion was briefly introduced in this paper, the relevant research
progress in the preparation of waterborne epoxy emulsion which was applied in Water based container coating by phase inversion emulsification
was described the factors (such as the types and content of emulsifiers,the emulsifying temperature,etc) influences the stability of epoxy emulsion.
It is indicated that the development trend of waterborne epoxy emulsion should be focused on how to further increase the efficiency of emulsion
and improve the performance of stability，meanwhile，meeting the requirements of container coating production
