              浅析钛白粉对涂膜光泽的影响因素

              摘 要:钛白粉,被认为是目前世界上性能最好的一种白色颜料,广泛应用于涂料、塑料、造纸、印刷油墨、化纤、橡
              胶、化工、化妆品等工业。 涂料行业是钛白粉的最大用户,特别是金红石型钛白粉,大部分被涂料工业所消耗。涂膜
              的光泽(除特殊要求外)在一定程度上是衡量涂料性能的一个重要指标。本文从钛白粉的粒度、表面处理、分散性、
              吸油量、颜料体积浓度(PVC)等方面,浅析了对涂膜光泽的影响,这些影响因素对钛白粉生产和涂料配方设计的控制
              具有重要的意义。

             Abstract: titanium dioxide is considered to be the world’best performance of a white pigment, widely used in coatings, plastics, paper, printing
             inks, chemical fiber, rubber, chemical, cosmetics and other industries. Coating industry is the largest user of titanium dioxide, especially rutile
             titanium dioxide, most are consumed by the coating industry. Coating gloss (except for special requirements) is an important indicator of coating
             performance. In this paper, from the particle size, surface treatment, dispersibility, oil absorption, pigment volume concentration (PVC) and other
             aspects, simple analysis the influence of the gloss coating, these influence factors have important meanings to the production of titanium dioxide
             and coating formulation design.
